This opportunity comes with a very appealing Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shift! Requirements

Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Basic reading and math proficiency
Willingness to learn product codes and packing standards (on-the-job training provided)
Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
Team-player mindset with a flexible attitude
Compliance with safety requirements including PPE and non-slip footwear
Requires basic math and reading skills.
The ability to meet deadlines and pay attention to details.
Required to wear non-slip shoes and appropriate personal protective equipment.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of product codes and units packed per carton acquired through three weeks of on the job experience.

Responsibilities

Distribute outbound products to assigned dock spaces
Verify shipment accuracy, quality, and completeness against orders
Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to manage inventory, release orders, assign pickers, confirm shipments, and generate BOLs and packing lists
Operate BluJay Transportation Management System to close loads and upload shipment documents
Calculate and enter transportation data for driver payroll
Perform scheduled physical inventory counts
Support other shifts when needed (vacations or call-outs)
Communicate with production, transport drivers, and logistics personnel to keep operations running smoothly
