About The Position
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Clerk Lead to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with warehouse leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal Warehouse Clerk Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations while ensuring accurate inventory, efficient shipping and receiving, and outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Clerk Lead or in a warehouse leadership role preferred.
- Skilled with conditional formulas
- Proficient with Pivot Tables.
- Familiar with WHS environment
- 1-2 years in a Warehouse environment
- Experience operating a cherry picker is required.
- Strong shipping and receiving experience.
- Knowledge of inventory control and inventory management practices.
- Experience with order picking and packing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily warehouse operations while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
- Operate a cherry picker safely and efficiently to retrieve and store inventory.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Perform accurate order picking and packing to ensure timely customer deliveries.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory control processes.
- Update and maintain warehouse data using Office 365 and warehouse management systems.
- Assist with data maintenance and documentation to ensure accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers and internal departments.
- Train and assist warehouse team members while helping improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure warehouse organization and compliance with company procedures.
