Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent and no experience
Valid driver’s license required
Basic understanding of warehouse processes.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
Willingness to learn proper equipment handling and safety standards.
Good attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
Reliable work habits and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Performs basic warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
Supports daily warehouse operations under direct supervision.
Receives incoming shipments and verifies accuracy against purchase orders.
Assists with unpacking, labeling, and storing products in designated locations.
Picks, packs, and prepares customer orders under guidance from senior staff.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the warehouse work area.
Follows safety procedures and reports hazards to supervisor.
Performs basic inventory counts as needed.
Operates equipment such as pallet jacks with proper training.
Assists team members with general warehouse tasks as assigned.
Performs as warehouse driver occasionally; will be cross-trained in multiple areas of warehouse operations.
