Requirements

Strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
High school diploma or associate degree.
2+ years of experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
Clear writing ability and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
Warm personality with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under limited supervision.
Proficiency with Apple products (Numbers, Pages, etc.).

Nice To Haves

CDL driver's license is a plus.

Responsibilities

Organize and coordinate chemical routes for our drivers, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
Oversee scheduling and optimize routes for improved productivity.
Organize and maintain the office warehouse and common areas.
Manage supply inventory and restocking to meet demand.
Maintain office equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
Oversee the company fleet, ensuring it remains in good condition.
Conduct regular inspections of the company fleet and schedule necessary repairs.
Collaborate with drivers to address fleet-related concerns.
Ensure drivers keep a log on vehicle’s condition before and after usage to promote safety.
Create, maintain, and enter information into databases for effective record-keeping.
Assist with word processing and spreadsheet preparation when needed.
