Requirements

  • Strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
  • High school diploma or associate degree.
  • 2+ years of experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
  • Clear writing ability and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Warm personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under limited supervision.
  • Proficiency with Apple products (Numbers, Pages, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • CDL driver's license is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate chemical routes for our drivers, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Oversee scheduling and optimize routes for improved productivity.
  • Organize and maintain the office warehouse and common areas.
  • Manage supply inventory and restocking to meet demand.
  • Maintain office equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Oversee the company fleet, ensuring it remains in good condition.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the company fleet and schedule necessary repairs.
  • Collaborate with drivers to address fleet-related concerns.
  • Ensure drivers keep a log on vehicle’s condition before and after usage to promote safety.
  • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases for effective record-keeping.
  • Assist with word processing and spreadsheet preparation when needed.
