About The Position
Vestis is seeking a hard-working and experienced individual for general warehouse operations in shipping and receiving. The role supports the company’s uniform and workplace-supply services.
Requirements
- Be in excellent physical condition and able to lift boxes weighing 40 to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Numeric recognition and accurate numeric sorting.
- Good work ethic and self-motivation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow and lead a strong safety environment.
- Willingness to work overtime if required.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification.
- Computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Unload trucks.
- Build pallets by customer and shrink-wrap pallets.
- Load trucks.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Operate UPS Cafe.
- Follow and support a strong safety environment.
- Learn and perform multiple warehouse positions as needed.
