About The Position

Veolia is hiring Warehouse Associates / Environmental Technicians. Applicants may attend a walk-in interview on Wednesday, October 28, from 10 AM to 2 PM; no appointment is necessary. The role involves physical work in warehouse or manufacturing environments and may require work outdoors in all climate conditions and indoors in non-climate-controlled conditions. Employees must be able to wear company-issued personal protective equipment and may occasionally need to work nights, weekends, or variable schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand and walk over uneven surfaces for extended periods.
• Visual acuity to read labels and documentation, and depth perception to safely drive forklifts.
• Ability to hear vehicle warning chimes and alarms.
• Ability to work outdoors in all climate conditions and indoors in non-climate-controlled conditions.
• Willingness and ability to wear company-issued personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hard hat, steel-toed shoes, gloves, Tyvek coveralls, and a respirator.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills to complete web-based training.
• Ability to understand and respond to written and verbal English.
• Ability to predictably and regularly attend work during scheduled hours; willingness and ability to occasionally work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.
• Ability to deal politely and professionally with customers and coworkers.
