About The Position
Capstone is seeking a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. This role is fast-paced and very physical, involving auditing inbound and outbound pallets of freight, performing pre-shift checks of equipment, and product and quantity verification. Other duties will be assigned by site leadership. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Requirements
- High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift and carry 25-75lbs
- Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Audits inbound and outbound pallets of freight
- Performs pre-shift checks of equipment
- Product and quantity verification
- Other duties as assigned by site leadership
