About The Position
SwimOutlet.com is looking for Part-Time Warehouse Associates. When SwimOutlet customers place an order, we ensure that our customers’ orders are pulled quickly and packed with care. This requires warehouse associates to be swift and accurate, no warehouse experience needed. The most important characteristics of our warehouse team is that we value diversity and treat each other with respect. SwimOutlet.com is a place for people to work collaboratively together. Requirements
- Working independently, but as part of a team
- Familiarity with touch screen devices
- Efficient and accurate
- Positive attitude
- Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head
- Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds each
- Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
- Continual standing and/or walking without limitations up to 10 hours daily
- Ability to work in a warehouse/distribution environment that may be noisy, unheated, not air-conditioned
