About The Position
Prime Secured is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. The role focuses on receiving incoming shipments, verifying inventory, and assisting with order fulfillment. The position includes a 90-day probationary period. Applicants must be able to read and understand instructions in English, communicate effectively orally and in writing, and pass drug, physical, and background screenings. Individuals with felony or misdemeanor convictions may not be hired, and applicants must not have alcohol- or drug-related convictions or suspensions within the past three years. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory or order systems is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

- Must be able to read and understand instructions in English and possess good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Verify packing slips and compare products against purchase orders.
- Check in and organize warehouse inventory accurately.
- Pick, pull, and prepare materials and orders as needed.
- Assist with packaging and staging items for delivery or pickup.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions.
- Assist with basic inventory tracking and report discrepancies.
- Support general warehouse operations and team needs as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
