About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports Cencora’s U.S. distribution services, operating through its AmerisourceBergen business. The role fulfills customer orders and helps ensure pharmaceutical products and merchandise are accurately handled, tracked, and shipped. Work takes place in a climate-controlled, fast-paced facility and involves repetitive manual tasks, regular walking and standing, and lifting products weighing up to 50 pounds.

The schedule is four workdays per week, scheduled between Sunday and Thursday, with one scheduled day off during that period. Sunday shifts begin at 2:30 PM; Monday through Thursday shifts begin at 4:00 PM. Shifts end upon completion of work, and overtime may be mandatory. Starting pay is $22.44, with potential earnings up to $26.34 through shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses. A $2,000 sign-on bonus and productivity bonuses paid with each paycheck are also mentioned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Able to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working, dependable, and punctual, with reliable attendance.
• Able to work the stated shift hours and overtime; overtime may be mandatory.
• Able to perform repetitive manual tasks consistently.

• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift; steps vary by role and shift.

Responsibilities

• Stock, restock, pick, and pack products and prepare customer orders for outbound shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Depending on shift assignment, verify received products against receiving documents and note and report discrepancies or obvious damage.
