Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift (M-F 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

About The Position

Executes the storing, picking, staging, and distribution of materials required for assembly or manufacture of products. The role works in a small, localized, fast-paced warehouse environment. Oracle and eDHR experience are a plus. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM.

Requirements

High school diploma, local equivalent, or GED.
Ability to read, write, and speak English or the applicable local language.
Proficiency in basic mathematics.
Ability to communicate well and work with others.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to consistently lift 35 pounds alone; assistance is required for anything over 35 pounds.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience in storing and material handling.
Knowledge of computerized material flow methods.
Basic knowledge of quality and inventory control.
Oracle and eDHR experience.
Prior experience using weight scales.

Responsibilities

Move materials physically between areas using handcarts.
Pick parts and products for shipments, ensuring accurate identification and quantities.
Receive and issue material requisitions physically and in the system for internal and external departments.
Create and maintain transactional inventory records.
Maintain accurate files of packing and shipping activity.
Notify appropriate personnel about shipping or inventory discrepancies.
Fill kits and deliver them to production as required.
Maintain stocking and inventory objectives.
Quantify and verify cycle counts.
Comply with EHS and Quality System regulations and policies.
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
Perform warehouse distribution duties in compliance with current GDP requirements, annual GDP training, and local procedures (Core Imaging Only).
