About The Position

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate for the second shift at its Carrollton, Texas location. The role supports daily warehouse operations and the timely, efficient distribution of HVAC products. Responsibilities include picking and verifying orders, receiving and documenting merchandise, loading and unloading products, maintaining inventory control, and using warehouse technology and systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in PC skills and experience with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
• Proven warehouse operations experience, preferably in HVAC or a similar distribution industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Forklift experience.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory of products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to support accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with Store Associates and Sales Managers on product delivery.
• Provide customer service to mechanical contractors, dealers, and owners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
