About The Position
Davis Cartage Co. is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support first-shift warehouse and logistics operations in Mason, Michigan. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced logistics environment involving order fulfillment, freight handling, and shipping and receiving. Forklift certification training may be provided for qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work in a physical warehouse environment.
- Steel-toed boots are required.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to complete Hazardous Materials training.

Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Wrap, label, and stage pallets.
- Load and unload freight trucks.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse technology.
- Complete daily equipment safety inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
