About The Position

Warehouse Associates may handle loose freight and load, unload, sort, stage, and transport products into and out of a distribution center or warehouse. Associates are expected to work cooperatively with others, work productively with little supervision, and follow company safety policies and procedures. The role is scheduled Monday through Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:45 a.m. The warehouse may be non-air-conditioned or heated, so indoor temperatures fluctuate with the seasons.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to perform physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment, which may be non-air-conditioned or heated and subject to seasonal temperature fluctuations.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Computer experience, such as using order management systems including WMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions such as order picking.
• Load trucks while considering the weight, size, and characteristics of products.
• Use handheld scanners and equipment to comply with the warehouse management system.
• Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates.
• Help keep the facility clean, neat, and orderly.
• Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner.
• Follow company or site-specific safety policies and guidelines to ensure safe working conditions for yourself and others.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.
