About The Position

Openwork is seeking a reliable and motivated General Warehouse Associate in Alpharetta, Georgia. This fast-paced, hands-on position involves picking and packing holiday decor and seasonal merchandise, preparing orders for shipment, and supporting smooth warehouse operations. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM, and may run longer with overtime. The pay rate is $18 per hour.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, picking/packing, or distribution experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately from warehouse locations based on customer orders.
• Pack holiday decor and seasonal merchandise securely for shipment.
• Label and prepare packages for outbound delivery.
• Load and unload boxes and merchandise as needed.
• Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory and keep products in their designated locations.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity and order fulfillment goals.
