We are targeting a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team. Day shift Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm ET (or until the work is done - overtime after 40 hours). This is a direct-hire to the company, meaning it is a permanent opportunity. Pay: $18.00/HR -Company Name: Russell Plywood – a Division of Würth Baer Supply Company -Compensation: Starting pay rate is $18.00/HR (non-negotiable) -Hours: 8:00am ET to Close Monday - Friday -Location: 1000 S Heald St. Wilmington, DE 19801 -Job Title: Warehouse Associate -Job Type: Full-Time. Direct-Hire to the Company. No Agencies. No Contracts. This is a permanent job with year-round work. -Basic Job Description: Warehouse work. Picking Plywood Orders and Strapping/Banding for Shipment. Forklift (Sit-Down Propane). Loading/Unloading. General distribution duties and area cleanup as needed. -Required Pre-Employment Screening: 14-Panel Drug Test. Requirements

High School diploma or GED
1+ year of warehouse experience (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, loading/unloading trucks)
Good communication and math skills
Basic computer knowledge
Stands for 3 to 4 hours at a time
Lifts up to 70 pounds
Withstands fluctuating temperature changes
Quickly learns new systems
Has an excellent work ethic
Excels in a quick-paced environment
Is okay with shifting job duties

Nice To Haves

Sit-down forklift experience, a plus

Responsibilities

Process orders, locating products, processing returns
Working in a team environment on a variety of inbound and outbound warehouse duties
Assist customers with loading their order onto their vehicles
Assist with general warehouse responsibilities (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping)
Other duties as assigned
