About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated 3rd shift Order Picker/Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a stand-up forklift to pull materials, utilize RF scanning equipment to assemble pallets, and prepare them for shipping using a shrink-wrapping machine. The ideal candidate will be able to work accurately, pay close attention to detail, and meet productivity standards.

Requirements

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and squatting consistently for long periods of time.
Proficiency in math.
Demonstrates understanding of required standards of use with scanning equipment.
Demonstrates understanding of and the ability of preparing a stackable pallet.
Demonstrates understanding of and the ability to maintain the case per hour processing requirements.
Forklift Experience

Nice To Haves

1 year of Forklift experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate a stand-up forklift to pull materials.
Use RF scanning equipment to pull product and create stackable pallets.
Use a shrink-wrapping machine to wrap finished pallets.
Dispose of cardboard, plastic, and other shipping materials, keeping the work area free of debris.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work environment.
Accurately complete all appropriate ISO documentation.
Accurately perform and complete cycle counts as scheduled.
Assemble customer orders from stock, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected and placed on pallets.
Record amounts of material or items received or distributed by scanning bar codes or using written documentation.
Assemble and mark items per customer requirements and move them to the appropriate shipping location.
Perform any other tasks as assigned.
