About The Position
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for storing, moving, and handling products and materials, as well as working in our finished goods department. Warehouse Associates work in a structured work environment to minimize safety risks. Warehouse Associates will need to be reliable and able to work with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) at all times. Must have sit-down forklift experience to be considered for this position.
Requirements
- Must have sit-down forklift experience.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Ability to follow all company procedures regarding safety, quality, and job work instructions.
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate forklift.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Material Handling experience a plus, varies by location.
Responsibilities
- Physically and systemically receive finished good product from Palletizers and efficiently move them to warehouse storage areas or outbound trailers.
- Assist with hold and re-work process.
- Ability to follow all company procedures regarding safety, quality, and job work instructions.
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate forklift.
- General housekeeping, cleaning and other tasks as assigned by supervisor and foreperson.
- Operate robots and troubleshoot robots.
- Change pallet patterns.
- Physically and systemically move raw and packaging materials efficiently to and from the warehouse to the production floor.
- Remove all scrap modules and pallets from the floor.
