Warehouse Associate - Evening
About The Position
OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Package Handler) to support warehouse operations. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the operations team by handling packages with a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols. The position is based at 7400 W Buckeye Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85043, and is scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday. Hours may vary based on business needs; the workday ends after required sorting and cleanup activities are complete, as directed by site management. The listed pay is $19.00 per hour, plus a $1.00-per-hour weekend differential incentive, with weekly pay.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to remain on your feet while working.
- Ability to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety practices; safety is identified as the company’s first core value.
- Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
- Load trucks for deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete the work.
