About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse by maintaining quality and following safety protocols. The work includes unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery. Teamwork is expected, and the role requires working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Temperatures in the warehouse vary by season, and hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completing all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

The position is located at 145 Steele Point Dr., Fort Mill, SC 29708. Pay is $18.00 per hour. Available schedules are Thursday through Sunday, 5:00 PM–1:00 AM or until the end of sort, and Sunday through Wednesday, 5:00 PM–1:00 AM or until the end of sort.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse heat and cold as seasonal temperatures vary.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Unload trailers.

• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work cooperatively with the team to complete warehouse operations.
