About The Position

Boxzooka is seeking dependable, hardworking team members to join its Operations Team and support its growing eCommerce order fulfillment business. The Warehouse Associate works in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment, processing orders and inventory while contributing to safe, efficient daily operations. The role offers hands-on training and development, with opportunities for growth and advancement, including potential progression into lead or supervisor roles.

Requirements

Reliable and hardworking, with the ability to thrive in a warehouse setting.
Positive, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Comfort using technology, including scanners, warehouse software, and RF equipment.
Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, and percentages.
Ability to stand or walk for at least two consecutive hours.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

Receive, pick, pack, and ship fulfillment orders.
Prepare new stock for put-away and organize inventory.
Use warehouse scanners, RF equipment, and mobile technology to track inventory.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow safety protocols and handle materials appropriately.
Operate warehouse tools and follow best practices for lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise.
Work with team members and leadership to support smooth daily operations.
Communicate stock levels, order issues, and process updates clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
