About The Position

The Warehouse Associate receives, processes, verifies, and reconciles incoming and outgoing shipments. The role involves accurately pulling orders, selecting appropriate shipping methods, stocking received orders, and ensuring items are undamaged when received or shipped. The associate also helps maintain a safe and secure environment and assists with other projects as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience.
• Data entry skills.
• Telephone skills.
• Customer focus and customer service skills.
• Verbal communication skills.
• Product knowledge.
• Inventory control skills.
• Professionalism and job knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deal with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to bend, pull, and lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, verify, and reconcile incoming and outgoing shipments.
