About The Position

This is a temporary (6 month) Full-Time Non-Exempt position with the possibility of becoming a regular Full-Time position based upon business needs. This particular role will be dedicated to kitting and assembly. Associates will also be cross-trained to perform a variety of functions in various departments to support business and operational needs. Those areas include: Kitting & Assembly, Receiving, Replenish, and Shipping. Employees will be placed daily based on work demands and in alignment with their skills, knowledge, and abilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Adept at using a computer and handheld technology
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
• Process and move orders productively, safely and accurately per established production rates and according to established standards and guidelines
• Willingness to learn and welcomes change while being flexible
• Able to multitask and work independently with strong time management skills
• Able to take initiative, look for solutions, and accomplish requested results
• Reading and comprehension

Responsibilities

• Kitting and Assembly for MSQC projects.
• Inventory restocking/replenish
• Developing the ability to receive incoming shipments
• Seeking to learn as much as they can about the different roles throughout operations
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by the company and comply with dress code requirements
• Overtime may be required during peak periods
• Other duties as assigned.
