About The Position

Warehouse Associates may handle loose freight and load, unload, sort, stage, and transport products into and out of a distribution center or warehouse. Associates are expected to work cooperatively with others and productively with little supervision. Following company safety policies and procedures is important to the role. The listed schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to perform physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment that may be non-air-conditioned or heated, with indoor temperatures fluctuating seasonally.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Computer experience, such as using order management systems including WMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions such as order picking.
• Load trucks while considering product weight, size, and characteristics.
• Use handheld scanners and equipment to comply with the warehouse management system.
• Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates.
• Help keep the facility clean, neat, and orderly.
• Provide outstanding customer service by paying attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner.
• Follow company or site-specific safety policies and guidelines to help ensure safe working conditions for self and others.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.
