About The Position

We’re recruiting a driven Warehouse Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our fulfillment center, where you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping orders moving accurately and efficiently. Your Mission in This Role We’re recruiting a Warehouse Associate to help support the daily warehouse and fulfillment operations by ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, labeled, and shipped in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance repeatedly
  • Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds without assistance occasionally
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for 8-10 hours for 5-6 days/week
  • Ability to regularly bend, twist, stoop, and reach
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse or retail experience preferred
  • Forklift experience (sit down and stand up) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring products are properly labeled and securely packaged for safe delivery
  • Pick, pack, and label outgoing dropship orders
  • Load and arrange products in delivery trucks using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Repackage products as needed to meet quality and shipping standards
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and organize items for storage
  • Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items
  • Unload and process incoming containers for storage and distribution.
  • Consolidate products and orders for mass kitting operations
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including cardboard breakdown and disposal
  • Operate carts, scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (Hilo), and other warehouse equipment
  • Report issues with warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
