About The Position

The Filter Shop, a leading distributor of filtration products, is rapidly growing and needs a Warehouse Associate to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and perform various tasks, including interacting with customers, vendor management, and serving as a crucial resource for the team. The company prioritizes providing the highest level of service and creating the best possible customer experience, both internally and externally. The warehouse and service area are kept clean. The role involves all aspects of warehouse work and supporting the Service Team in reaching their goals. Driving experience is preferred, but 'talent' and 'drive' are prioritized over everything else. If you love working with people and being active throughout the day, your application is welcome.

Requirements

Knowledge of warehouse practices.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and allocate resources appropriately.
Ability to pay attention to details and retain information readily.
Must be able to multi-task.
Ability to communicate verbally in a professional manner with vendors, co-workers, and customers on a daily basis.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadline, analyze information and implement strategies to achieve goals.
Must take initiative and have good follow up skills.
Ability to effectively function as a team player.
Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Must not be afraid of heights!

Responsibilities

Accurately pulling, assembling, and completing orders for Service Techs performing filter replacement services.
Processing customer orders by making filters to specifications.
Selecting products required to fill orders.
Preparing orders for customer pickup.
Collaborating with team members to ensure all orders are fulfilled efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
Supporting the Service Team in reaching their goals.
