About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse distribution and logistics operations at Zimmer Biomet’s Englewood, Colorado location. The role involves receiving, inspecting, replenishing, and shipping surgical instrumentation and implants to healthcare facilities while maintaining inventory accuracy and careful attention to detail. The position requires onsite presence and includes handling shipping documentation, inventory records, and compliance with applicable regulations and standards. The stated compensation is $22 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to a 10% quarterly bonus based on performance and established metrics.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One or more years of related distribution or inventory control experience and/or training helpful.
• Aptitude for analyzing situations and resolving problems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package products and materials to protect them adequately for shipment.
• Prepare accurate shipping documentation, including addresses, and verify that shipments contain the correct inventory.
• Receive incoming surgical trays, inspect instruments and implants, and restock inventory based on usage.
• Compare part numbers, lot numbers, and other information on packing slips to verify purchase orders and shipping orders.
• Compile information from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and other sources to maintain electronic records.
• Assist with inventory cycle counting when necessary.
• Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations and standards including ISO 13485.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
