About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support its warehouse operations team. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, with an emphasis on quality and following safety protocols to maintain a productive and secure work environment. The position is located at 130 Central Ave, Kearny, NJ 07032, and pays $20.00 per hour. The schedule is Friday through Monday, 12:15 AM to 6:15 AM, or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices; safety is the company’s first core value.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
