About The Position

Above and Beyond Delivery is a local Arizona logistics company supporting time-critical business-to-business operations throughout the Phoenix area. The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, sorting, staging, loading, and organizing freight and materials. The role requires consistency, efficiency, teamwork, and a focus on keeping operations on schedule.

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and a consistent weekday schedule. Additional hours may be available based on business needs, and occasional overtime may be required. Paid onboarding and hands-on training in sorting, loading, and warehouse procedures are provided, along with a supportive team environment and clear expectations.

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift and/or push up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Sort and stage incoming and outgoing freight accurately.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Communicate delays, damaged freight, or operational issues promptly.
• Work efficiently to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Assist with general warehouse labor and operational support as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
