About The Position

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries and the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States, is seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate to join their TEAM. This role involves a variety of material handling duties, including receiving, loading/unloading materials, pulling/assembling customer orders, and conducting inventory checks. The position requires the daily use of forklifts and/or cranes. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent experience
Certified Forklift Operator
Crane Forklift experience
Basic math skills
Organization skills
Customer service skills
Fluency in English
Detail-oriented
Safety-conscious
Regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
Required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Must be able to regularly lift to 15-30 lbs.
May be required to safely lift up to 70 lbs.
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

1+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse.
Pulls/assembles customer orders.
Checks outbound orders for accuracy/completeness.
Conducts inventory stock checks.
Restocks and labels vendor products.
Maintains displays (tools, caulk, etc.).
Moves, stores, and replenishes material.
Conducts daily cycle counts.
Receives and unloads inbound material.
Processes inbound shipments.
Stocks material.
Processes customer returns.
Notifies management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
Operates crane forklift equipment.
Maintains a clean and organized facility by sweeping, removing trash, restroom, and performing general office maintenance.
May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules and reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management.
Performs other related duties as required.
