About The Position
Sage Sustainable Electronics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to prepare packages and process shipments for domestic customers. The role may involve using computers, email, scanners, and other material-handling equipment. The position is based in Reno, Nevada, and is full-time on the day shift, scheduled from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The listed salary is $18.00. Sage's mission is to make the world more sustainable by extending the life of electronics. The company provides lifecycle services for hardware platforms ranging from desktop computers to data-center equipment and mobile devices, prioritizing reuse and responsible e-waste management.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse or production facility.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent training.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to accurately focus on detailed information.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products, scan them, and enter data into the warehouse management system.
- Work with distribution staff and warehouse leads to accomplish daily company objectives and goals.
- Maintain inventory control.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Complete daily duties within the assigned time limits.
- Work in multiple areas as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
