About The Position
Odeko is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support inventory, order picking, and receiving operations. The role involves identifying and pulling items with an RF scanner to build customer orders, assembling packages, and helping maintain accurate inventory. Associates move merchandise throughout the fulfillment center and load and unload delivery vehicles, trucks, and vans. The position requires handling physical tasks while maintaining accuracy and an efficient workflow.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of picking/packing, inventory, or fulfillment experience.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers, order pickers, or pallet jacks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and stocking items.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient workflow.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with inventory management systems such as AS400.
Responsibilities
- Use an RF scanner to identify and pull items to build customer orders.
- Move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the fulfillment center.
- Operate a hand truck, pallet jack, or electric pallet jack to move inventory.
- Occasionally ascend a platform ladder to retrieve customer items.
- Assemble customer packages.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and inspecting items.
- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise and non-inventory from delivery vehicles, trucks, and vans.
- Perform all tasks as assigned.
