About The Position

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for managing gases and hardgoods in the store and on route trucks. They will also be involved in shipping and receiving products that enter the warehouse and, when necessary, will assist Inside Sales. This role requires excellent organizational skills, knowledge of warehouse operations and processes, and the ability to work efficiently with computer systems while maintaining strong customer relations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer Service Experience
Excellent time management/organizational skills
Work independently and with others
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills i.e., Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office
Be able to stand on your feet 7 to 8 hours a day with lots of walking, twisting, bending, reaching, pushing/pulling, grasping, sitting and repetitive motions
Frequent lifting of 10-20lbs is required, may at times lift up to 75lbs

Warehouse experience or knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

Inventory management of cylinders, dewars, and hardgoods
Assist in loading and unloading of trucks
Receive shipments and process in a timely manner
Prepare and process shipping and receiving paperwork
Pull orders for customers
Customer service for both internal and external customers
Operate forklift
Price, bar code, and stock merchandise
Clean and stock shelves, counters, and tables
Compute sales pricing, finalize purchases, receive/process cash or credit payments
Other duties as assigned
