About The Position

Participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Responsible for storing materials, picking, packing, and tracking inventory. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Fundamental understanding of inventory control and materials handling
• Prior forklift experience or the ability to become certified
• Skilled in reading comprehension, writing, and basic math knowledge
• Regularly required to talk or hear
• Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• High school diploma or GED
• One year of related experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Complete diary logs into inventory
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
