About The Position

Nesco is seeking pickers and shipping associates in the Groveport area. The role primarily assists the Return Department and also supports the inventory department. Work includes processing customer returns and refurbishing items for resale, receiving products and placing them on shelves, inspecting products for deficiencies before shipment, packing cartons, and completing logs. Associates help maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to input data into a computer.
• Ability to use a hand-held RF Scan Gun.

Responsibilities

• Process customer returns and refurbish items for resale.
• Clean shoes and lint-roll and fold clothing.
• Process returns in the computer.
• Receive products and put them away on shelves.
• Visually inspect products for deficiencies and approve products for shipment.
• Pack cartons by folding them, following the prescribed arrangement, and placing products inside.
• Document actions by completing logs.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures.
