About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate at the Omaha Distribution Center (10910 Mill Valley Road), you will support daily warehouse operations that keep materials moving accurately and efficiently across Fiserv locations. You will work with truck drivers, warehouse team members, and internal partners to receive, sort, store, transfer, and ship inventory. Your work helps maintain inventory accuracy, supports timely order fulfillment, and enables reliable distribution operations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, logistics, or material handling operations
  • 1+ years of experience using computers for data entry, inventory tracking, or transaction processing
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks, forklifts, or similar material handling equipment
  • Ability to use inventory systems, radio frequency technology, and shipping documentation with accuracy
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using a warehouse management system or material management system
  • Experience supporting internal order fulfillment across multiple locations
  • Experience with bills of lading, packing slips, and outbound shipment preparation
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Responsibilities

  • Interact with truck drivers and verify shipments are intended for the facility by reviewing bills of lading
  • Receive, sort, and stage inbound shipments according to packing slips and established warehouse procedures
  • Operate warehouse equipment including riding pallet trucks, stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and swing reach trucks
  • Use radio frequency technology and the Material Management System to track inventory and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Complete warehouse tasks across receiving, location building, and inventory transfers
  • Perform physical inventory counts and support cycle count or reconciliation activities as needed
  • Process internal orders and package materials for outbound shipments to other Fiserv locations
  • Follow established warehouse process guidelines and safety requirements in daily operations
