About The Position

The Part-time Warehouse Associate supports branch operations at Fastenal’s Tinley Park, Illinois location. The role handles products entering and leaving the facility and supports inventory management for an industrial distributor. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for up to 28 hours per week. Fastenal provides on-the-job, online, instructor-led classroom, and virtual training intended to build the knowledge and skills needed to perform the role and grow with the company. The listed pay range is $18–$20 per hour. The part-time benefit includes a 401(k) with an employer contribution.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a current, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, including completion of any applicable graduated licensing program, and meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed.
Proficient written and oral communication skills.
