About The Position

Warehouse Associates load and unload materials and products to support branch operations. They complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, and on time, while preventing damage. The role includes operating a forklift, light manufacturing equipment, and construction tools; assisting with inventory management and daily ERP updates; inspecting materials and equipment; and maintaining an orderly work environment. Associates also assist co-workers and customers, move inventory among workstations and areas, and comply with safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required; a combination of education and experience may qualify.
Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

Load and unload materials and products to support branch operations.
Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, and on time without damage.
Assist co-workers and customers.
Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools, and equipment.
Assist with inventory management, including daily updates to the ERP system.
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
Move inventory within and among workstations and areas.
Comply with safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment.
Operate a forklift, light manufacturing equipment, and construction tools.
