About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, hands-on position supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and providing a strong experience for internal and external customers. Duties include pulling material, driving powered equipment, and performing other warehouse tasks. The position works in a climate-controlled distribution center and is eligible for a monthly incentive program.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
• Ability to work at elevated heights up to 30 feet.
• Comfort operating powered equipment.
• Outbound or shipping/packing experience.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Critical-thinking ability.
• Desire to develop.
• Team-oriented approach.
• Understanding of the importance of the role and the value it brings to the company.
• Ability to use and work on a computer and wrist-mount systems.
• Must pass a post-offer physical job duty test through WorkSTEPS.
