Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, operations, or similar hands-on role is an asset
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with tools/equipment preferred
  • Ability to perform routine inspections and follow checklists accurately
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues or irregularities
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work overnight shifts
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
  • Ability to lift and move equipment (scooters/bikes) as required
  • Familiarity with tracking/logging tasks (paper or digital) is an asset
  • Strong communication skills to report issues and updates clearly

Responsibilities

  • Charge and manage batteries for returned vehicles to ensure readiness for next-day deployment
  • Conduct basic inspections on incoming scooters/bikes (damage, safety, functionality)
  • Monitor and log inbound fleet activity (units returned by drivers)
  • Organize and stage vehicles within the warehouse for efficient workflow
  • Identify and flag units requiring maintenance or repair
  • Support minor maintenance tasks as assigned (e.g., battery swaps, basic checks)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/shop area
  • Track and report inventory levels (batteries, parts, etc.) as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols while working independently during overnight hours
  • Communicate any issues, discrepancies, or operational concerns to management
