About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be at the heart of our fan experience, responsible for making sure the right gear gets to the right fans at the right time. Working within a Fanatics Fulfillment Center, you'll pick, pack, scan, receive, and ship products in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse environment, upholding the safety, quality, and accuracy standards that define the Fanatics experience. The Warehouse Associate delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift and walk up to 10 miles per day in an active warehouse environment.
• Handle and move merchandise, lifting up to 25 lbs and staying active throughout your shift
• Willingness and capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment or manufacturing environment across varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated passion for teamwork and a relentless drive to complete tasks correctly and efficiently.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Fluency in English reading and verbal communication is required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including the ability to support overtime demands during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders with precision and speed, ensuring every fan receives the right product at the right time.
• Scan items using RF technology to maintain order accuracy and uphold the quality standards fans expect.
• Receive, store, and organize inventory to keep the fulfillment operation running smoothly and reliably.
• Support a clean, safe, and efficient work environment that enables seamless fan order fulfillment every shift.
• Apply RF scanning technology and warehouse systems to optimize accuracy and throughput on every order.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency within your area, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and high-volume demand cycles, including peak season surges, to keep operations on track.
• Embrace new tools, processes, and technologies introduced to enhance warehouse performance and fan experience.
• Maintain a consistent, high-energy output across full 8-10 hour shifts, meeting productivity and accuracy targets without compromise.
• Follow Fanatics' standards and procedures to meet all safety and quality goals, taking personal accountability for your work area.
• Handle and move merchandise responsibly, including lifting up to 25 lbs, to keep products moving efficiently through the fulfillment center.
• Demonstrate a determined, can-do attitude toward every task, staying focused and solutions-oriented when challenges arise.
