About The Position

Premier Packaging is hiring a Warehouse Associate to handle corrugated materials in its Farmers Branch, Texas facility. The role supports manufacturing and warehouse operations by moving materials safely and efficiently, maintaining inventory organization and accuracy, and coordinating material flow with production and warehouse teams. The position is full-time, on the first/day shift, with an expected 40-hour workweek and overtime when needed. Pay is $19.00–$20.00 per hour, paid biweekly.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety regulations related to forklift operation.
• 1–3 years of experience as a forklift operator in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Experience with different types of forklifts, such as sit-down, stand-up, and clamp forklifts.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with handling and transporting materials in a corrugated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and transport corrugated materials within the manufacturing facility.
• Load and unload corrugated materials from trucks and storage areas using a forklift.
• Transport materials to and from production areas to support timely delivery.
• Assist with organizing and managing facility inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and checks to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Adjust material handling to changing production demands.
• Collaborate with forklift operators and other team members to optimize workflow.
• Communicate with production supervisors, warehouse staff, and other team members to coordinate material movements.
• Report issues or delays that may affect production schedules.
