About The Position

The Part-time Warehouse Associate works at Fastenal’s branch at 1500 Lana Way, Hollister, California, and supports warehouse operations and inventory management for an industrial distribution business. The role handles products as they enter and leave the facility, maintains branch inventory, and may make local deliveries using a company vehicle as needed. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for 10 to 28 hours per week. Fastenal provides on-the-job, online, instructor-led classroom, and virtual training to help employees build the knowledge and skills needed for the role and to grow with the company. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a current, full, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, including completion of any applicable graduated license program, and meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed.
Have proficient written and oral communication skills.
Have proficient computer skills.
Be able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
