About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Warehouse Associates to support warehouse operations. Associates contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, with a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a productive and secure work environment. The position is at 565 S Pinnacle, Romeoville, IL 60446. Pay is $18.90 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for weekend work (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). The posting lists Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or until the sort is complete. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and follow safety protocols.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
