About The Position

Mastronardi Produce is seeking full-time general warehouse workers for its 218,000-square-foot refrigerated distribution facility in Jonestown. The facility operates 24/7. The role involves learning product and customer specifications and using them to sort raw product quickly and accurately. The schedule consists of alternating three-day or four-day workweeks, approximately 15 days per month. First-shift hours are 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on a rotational shift.

Requirements

• Ability to learn and retain extensive product and customer knowledge.
• Ability to make critical decisions quickly and repeatedly.
• Manual dexterity and ability to work with hands for the entire shift.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with produce or in a production environment.

Responsibilities
