The Warehouse Associate is responsible to efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments while protecting our inventory investment through safe handling and storage of product. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for processing all picking and returns to the warehouse for production and other departments.

Requirements

• At a minimum a High School Diploma
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical operations with at least 3 years’ direct experience in pharmaceutical/API manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, customer service based working environment
• Experience with motorized lift trucks required
• Strong organizational skills, excellent writing and communications skills.
• Mastery of English is required to ensure the exchange of documentation and communications with other Grifols sites outside Quebec and outside Canada (Spain, USA).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an asset
• Bilingual in both French and English preferred

Responsibilities

• Process all inbound and outbound shipments ensuring accuracy of received and delivered orders
• Inspect and document all inbound deliveries and transfer to the appropriate warehouse area.
• Process pick and return orders for production and other departments ensuring completeness of documentation and accuracy of inventory
• Participate in inventory cycle count procedures
• Safely operate a variety of warehouse vehicles from lift trucks to sky reaches.
• Develop, write, and train on all GMP compliant standard operation procedures (SOPs and WIs) for the operation, maintenance, cleaning of equipment/systems for the Warehouse area.
• Perform all required SAP transaction to maintain inventory as required
