About The Position

West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Flooring, Windows, and Doors. West Shore Home operates in over 40 locations nationwide and is home to over 3,000 employees! A Warehouse Associate will assist the Warehouse Manager in everything pertaining to shipping, receiving, supplies, consumables, daily installation tasks, and building/fleet maintenance.

Requirements

• Warehouse experience, working with shipping and receiving is preferred
• Experience operating a forklift
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Manage Shipping & Receiving: Inspect deliveries for damage, verify quantities and materials against bills of lading and packing slips, document discrepancies, and route goods to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain Inventory & Supplies: Monitor consumable inventory levels, conduct periodic physical counts, distribute supplies, and ensure trucks are properly stocked with necessary tools.
• Support Daily Installations: Stage paperwork and materials for upcoming jobs, provide necessary tools and supplies, and deliver parts or materials to job sites as needed.
• Maintain Warehouse & Facility: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe; perform light building maintenance and assist with snow and ice removal as needed.
• Ensure Compliance & Flexibility: Follow and promote safety protocols, maintain regular in-person attendance, communicate discrepancies to leadership, and work overtime as needed.
