About The Position

West Shore Home is seeking a skilled Master Plumber to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring projects run smoothly, adhering to safety standards, and providing a 5-star customer experience. The Master Plumber will work closely with the Installation Manager, Lead Installers, and the Operations team. The company is a technology-driven leader in home improvement, specializing in bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors, with a nationwide presence and over 3,000 employees.

Requirements

• An active Massachusetts Master Plumber License in good standing for the designated territory.
• A passion for using plumbing expertise to develop the skills of those around you.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Use plumbing license to secure permits, coordinate inspections, and ensure projects meet local requirements.
• Respond to plumbing emergencies and support service calls.
• Conduct job site inspections and scoping to maintain quality, safety, and installation standards.
• Serve as the branch plumbing expert, providing guidance, training, and support to Installation Managers and teams.
• Stay current on plumbing codes, new products, and techniques while promoting safe work practices.
