About The Position
Lambright Group Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable, versatile Warehouse Associates for temporary-to-permanent positions in the Metro-Atlanta area. These roles are in fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environments with excellent long-term growth potential. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, requiring a multi-skilled individual who can handle order fulfillment, operate material handling equipment, maintain safety standards, and assist with customer inquiries. Current openings include Picker & Packers, Forklift & Equipment Operators, Inventory & Customer Service Representatives, and General Warehouse Workers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- Working knowledge and experience using a forklift.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to interact with vendors, contractors and client requests when needed.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing 40 to 50 lbs. unassisted on a frequent basis.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
- Comfort working in a physically demanding, fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment requiring frequent bending and crouching.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift Certification is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment or production floor replenishment using standard shipping processes.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
- Assist with inventory counts, verify deliveries, and liaise with team members and clients to resolve customer inquiries regarding orders.
- Unload incoming freight, load outgoing trucks, organize stock, and assist in general production support areas.
