About The Position

Warehouse Associates support branch operations by loading and unloading materials and products. The role is part of the Fortify Building Solutions business, which serves the pre-engineered metal buildings, metal roof and wall systems, and steel building components industry. Day-to-day work involves operating a forklift, light manufacturing equipment, and construction tools. The position is based at 4506 Hwy 77, Robstown, TX 78380. The base pay rate is $16.25 per hour. The schedule is 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime. The position is permanent and full-time.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, on time, and without damage.
Assist co-workers and customers.
Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools, and equipment.
Assist with inventory management, including daily updates to the ERP system.
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
Assist with moving inventory within and among workstations and areas.
Comply with safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment.
Load and unload materials and products.
